Christof Teuscher, <\/strong>Principal instigator<\/p>\r\n Christof Teuscher is a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering<\/a> (ECE) at Portland State University<\/a>. Dr. Teuscher obtained his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree in computer science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL) in 2000 and 2004 respectively. His main research focuses on next generation computing architectures and paradigms. See teuscher-lab.com<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\r\n Crow Crossman<\/strong>, Graduate student + peer mentor<\/p>\r\n Crow is a graduate student at Portland State University pursuing his MS in ECE. His professional background is in edible landscaping having spent years in the field pruning fruit trees, grape vines, and berries of all sorts. He previously attended the University of Arizona and earned a BA with double major in Poetry and Religious Studies. His goal is to find solutions to agricultural challenges and food insecurity through his research. He spends as much time as he can in the garden, outdoors, or around a fire.
